Where Body, Food and Ritual Meet
My work is deeply rooted in the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, particularly the Five Elements -Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water. These elements offer a way of understanding the body not as something to fix, but as a system of rhythms, cycles, and relationships. Each element reflects different aspects of our physical, emotional, and energetic experience. Through embodied yin yoga, food therapy, and ritual, I work with these elements to support balance, nourishment, and a deeper connection to the body’s natural intelligence. Rather than applying rigid structures, I use this framework as a guide - listening to what is present, what is depleted, and what is asking to be supported.
I’m a Danish-Chinese mother, model, chef, recipe developer, TCM student and holistic food therapist based in Reykjavik, Iceland. I care deeply about healing through nature, herbs & food therapy to enable our body’s own self-healing capabilities. I am passionate about women’s holistic healing, hormone balancing, skin issues & postpartum recovery. I believe that optimal health is best dealt with through natural holistic practices that are built on ancient wisdom & without toxicity, chemicals and damage to Earth and body.
