Easy Nutritious Kale Chips

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of kale (curly or lacinato works best)

  • 1–2 tablespoons olive oil

  • Salt (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 150°C (300°F)

  2. Wash and dry the kale thoroughly (moisture makes chips soggy).

  3. Tear the leaves off the stems, and put into bite-sized pieces on baking tray lined with baking paper.

  4. Sprinkle the kale with olive oil, massaging it lightly so every piece is coated.

  5. Sprinkle with salt and any other seasonings you like such as garlic powder.

  6. Bake for 18–20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until edges are crisp but not burnt.

  7. Cool for a few minutes. They crisp up more as they cool, then enjoy!
