My offerings are rooted in the understanding that the body responds to rhythm, nourishment, and mindful presence. Each modality provides a distinct doorway into restoration, renewed balance, and sustained embodied wellbeing.
TCM Food Therapy
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, food is one of the most powerful ways to support balance in the body. My approach to food therapy is guided by the Five Elements, using nourishment to support digestion, energy, and overall vitality. Each element is connected to specific qualities, seasons, and functions within the body, and food can be used to gently restore harmony within these systems.
As a trained chef, I teach you how to nourish yourself in a way that is intuitive, seasonal, fun and deeply supportive, through recipes, hands-on cooking and teachings on food energetics for your health patterns and body composition.Embodied Yin Yoga
My yin yoga teaching is rooted in both embodied practice and the philosophy of the Five Elements in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Each practice is designed to gently support the body's internal systems - working with meridians, organs, and emotional patterns associated with the elements. Rather than approaching the body mechanically, this creates space to experience it as interconnected, responsive and alive.The intention is not to achieve a pose or be performative, but to support balance, circulation of energy, and a deeper sense of inner regulation and support your healing.
Sauna Ceremonies
Ritual, warmth, and sensory experience play an important role in supporting the body’s natural rhythms. As a sauna master, I create guided experiences that combine heat, cold, scent, breath, and sound to support deep restoration and reconnection. Each session is shaped with intention, drawing on the principles of the Five Elements to support balance within the body.
Aromatherapy is central to this work. I use essential oils with care, working with their physiological and energetic qualities to support the nervous system and emotional state.
Breath, music, and elements of sound healing are woven throughout, creating an immersive space for the body to soften, release, and regulate. Cold plunge and contrast techniques are also integrated to support circulation, resilience, and vitality.
These rituals are designed to bring the body back into rhythm - restoring balance and deepening your connection to yourself.
